What You’ll Do

As an Automation Engineering Intern, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining workflows that drive our sales and operations. Your work will help us automate repetitive processes, enhance our CRM infrastructure, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

•                Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using n8n and Pabbly

•                Work with Zoho/Bigin CRM to manage leads, contacts, and pipeline automation

•                Integrate third-party tools and services through API calls and webhooks

•                Build user management tools and sales pipeline features to support the sales team

•                Write and deploy scripts (Python preferred) for automation, reporting, and AI-assisted tasks

•                Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability of workflows in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

•                Document processes and suggest technical improvements for better efficiency

Skills & Requirements

           •         Prior exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Bigin, HubSpot, etc.)

           •         Hands-on experience with n8n automation (mandatory)

           •         Understanding of Pabbly and working with webhooks

           •         Strong grasp of API integrations and automation concepts

           •         Proficiency in Python and general programming fundamentals

           •         Ability to leverage AI tools for automating redundant tasks

           •         Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

           •         Bonus: Experience with Google Sheets/Excel automation
