Role & responsibilities We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a background in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a variety of real estate marketing materials, including property brochures, digital advertisements, websites, and social media content. You will work closely with marketing and sales, to develop design assets that effectively showcase properties, enhance branding, and engage potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality visual designs for real estate marketing materials, such as property listings, brochures, flyers, postcards, and email campaigns. Design and maintain real estate websites, landing pages, and digital ads (banner ads, social media ads, etc.). Collaborate with the real estate team to develop branding concepts that communicate the essence of properties and the company's identity. Edit and enhance property photos for use in marketing materials, ensuring they are polished and visually appealing. Prepare print-ready files for brochures, signage, and other marketing collateral. Stay current on design trends and real estate marketing best practices. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and style. Assist with content creation for social media platforms, ensuring designs are optimized for various social media channels. Communicate with the management to understand project needs and provide design solutions Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on real estate marketing or a similar industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Knowledge of real estate trends and the ability to create designs that attract potential buyers or renters. Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (a plus).
