Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Drive process improvements across the Core Technology Engineering & Solutions organization.
Focus on defect prevention techniques, not just defect identification.
Influence Operations and Technology Product Management with user story maturity and completeness models.
Utilize heat matrices to prioritize Quality and Development Engineering personnel.
Consult with engineers and partners to ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards.
Mentor and train new and existing team members on automation processes.
Ensure growth and efficiency of quality automation suites and testing harnesses.
Use empirical data to influence user story definitions, acceptance criteria, and engineering designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
