B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in vehicle assembly line layout optimization, including layout option suggestions, preparation, reviews, and modifications using AutoCAD software. Good hands-on experience in AutoCAD CAD software Strong understanding of vehicle manufacturing assembly line layouts, workstation arrangements, equipment placement, material flow, manufacturing processes, and techniques for improving and optimizing layouts and space utilization. Ability to provide different solutions and handle projects/tasks independently. Analyze existing assembly line processes and layouts to identify areas for improvement of layout/space optimization/demand considering mix product variants, space for fixture, special fixture for complex parts, bin storage capacity, kitting, and tools available. Good in lean manufacturing principles, time studies, line balancing, Value stream mapping and identifying different types of waste in the assembly production line. Ensure compliance with industry best practices for layout design, ergonomics, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with the cross-functional team (plant ME, production team) for the layout options reviews and inputs Prepare detailed layout drawings and documentation for approval and production readiness reviews. Support to the plant for assembly line proposed layout trial, effectiveness, and efficiency. Good English communication and own the project.

Substantial experience in creating control system design documents using AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE), and relevant discipline with exposure to any industrial domain, preferably pharmaceutical /water treatment including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams. Responsible for additional project engineering aspects, as assigned by a Project Engineer or Project Engineering Manager, including but not limited to:field instrumentation, control panels, camera and security subsystem design and network design (system architecture). Utilizes existing knowledge/becomes familiar with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to apply these requirements to project design efforts. Has the ability to effectively create AutoCAD-Electrical drawings from scratch and/or make modifications to drawings packages, as necessary. Conducts in-depth study of information provided by a Project Engineer for the assigned project. Confirms that provided information provides a clear direction for the design intent. Shall be competent in creating control system-oriented documentation not limited to: Control Panel Design Drawings P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Drawings) Loop Diagrams Network Architecture Drawings Instrument Install Details Utilize conceptual rough plan mark-ups and vendor drawings to create final design plans. Demonstrates ability to design and map out engineering drawings including panel layout and interconnection drawings and schematics and is competent in scaling mechanical layouts for control panel. Develops the hardwired IO list using standard templates. Creates a Bill of Materials (BOM) for all equipment associated with the panel design. Consults with the Project Engineer to perform design review from third party contractor or client for supplied equipment and implement this equipment into the design as applicable. Ensures accuracy of the completed CAD drawings before submitting the drawing package for Quality Review. Demonstrates ability to revise drawings (Revision Control) based on submittal comments or field red-lined drawings and generate accurate updated drawings for resubmittal, IFC, As Built and As Installed. Provides support and assistance to project team members from kickoff through startup and closeout. Receives, interprets and incorporates the design of third-party hardware and systems into our designs. Becomes proficient using various troubleshooting tools and test equipment. Gains familiarity with PLC and HMI/SCADA software and programming products in order to understand the basic concepts and technical aspects of PLC and SCADA development. Learns and develops knowledge of both water treatment and wastewater treatment processes. Conducts project site visits (whether existing or new facility) to consider, witness and document conditions at the project site for both sales support and project fulfillment requirements.Must be able to review and understand existing conditions to be able to develop drawings, make material selections and engineer project based on both field conditions and project requirements. Develops a relationship with vendors to obtain and review quotes as part of the hardware selection process to (a) ensure equipment accuracy and (b) to protect the project budget. Provides technical support to Sales and Marketing group, assisting as needed with technical consultation, sales quotations and quotation review. Follows-up with Sales group, post-design, regarding any lessons learned that could be used to strength future sales estimates and bidding. Project Responsibilities: Deliver discipline specific services that meet the client's and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Seamlessly collaborates withing team to efficiently generate AutoCAD-Electrical (ACADE) drawings. Generates a Panel Hardware Submittal for review and approval by Project Engineer and/or Owner on project. Generates a Loop Drawings Submittal for review and approval by Project Engineer and Owner on project. Responds to and follows-up on submittal comments. Provide the steel work drawings based on the Conceptual design provided by designer. Providing steelwork drawings of Mounts, Head frames for the existing structures. Creation of the detailed, Shop floor and BOM drawings. Detailing of connections for Lattice tower and monopole extensions. Providing strengthening solutions and Preparation of strengthening drawings for lattice towers, Monopoles. Roof top pole, connection detailing drawings Clarify the Queries raised by fabricator. Should Have telecom knowledge (Antennas, RRU's, TMA's, BTS, EME issue and 3G, 4G and 5G technologies). Demonstrable project experience working in a fast-paced multi-location, multi-client environment. Read and Interpret Architectural and Structural Building Plans. Create set of Shop Drawings for Structural steel items showing required dimensions, welds, holes, locations. Create set of Shop Drawings for Miscellaneous steel items showing required dimensions, welds, holes, locations. Use and Understand AutoCAD, including basic concepts and basic drawing setup and creation. Able to provide the strengthening drawing. Should known slope calculations of towers, Hip Calculations. Analyze the site condition from the asbuilts and reference photos, Review As built drawing based on field red line markup drawing to arrive the steel work proposals. Review/check drawing accuracy and approved shop drawing and fabrication drawing. Can be able to predict the challenges at the time of construction with existing steel work for design upgrade and provide suitable Steel work designs / detailing drawing. Provide Detailing drawing for fabrication and installation with zero errors, and without any fitment issues at site. Should Have basic knowledge on structural designing of mounts and Head frame. Implement basic welding and welding symbols on the drawing based on design drawing reference. Understand the interpretation of applicable specifications, codes and standards into shop drawing Calculate various basic geometric elements involved in construction to include rise, run & radius. Understand Basic and Complex Construction techniques. Plan & Calculate lengths and dimensions of various steel elements according to construction tolerances and Standards. Understand basic Fabrication Process. Can be able to solve trouble shooting problem at installation stage

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with 6-9 years mechanical design experience; Strong knowledge of engineering statics/dynamics, solid mechanics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics; Sound experience with Finite Element Analysis (ABAQUS preferred) and design by analysis methods; Ability to simplify complex engineering systems to deliver required design outcomes within time and budget constraints; Working knowledge of ASME Y 14.5 GD&T methods and multipart tolerance stack calculations; Proven problem solving and creative thinking ability as well as product design experience; Highly efficient user of Microsoft Office product suite; Strong verbal and written communication skills;
