Sr. BIM Engineer - Architecture & Structure

As a Senior BIM Engineer (Architecture/Structure) with over 4 years of experience, your primary role will involve creating and maintaining 3D models for architectural and structural domains using Autodesk Revit software. You will collaborate closely with the Contractors or Subcontractors BIM team and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of BIM Models and Drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in Architectural and Structural Modelling using Autodesk Revit. - Ability to manage a team of 3 - 5 members effectively. - Prior experience in working on international projects is essential. - Familiarity with Clash Coordination Platforms such as BIM Track, ACC, Revizto, etc. - Liaise with the Client's BIM team to ensure project requirements are met. - Ensure adherence to the Client's BIM Standards for all deliverables. - Generate 2D drawings, Schedules, and other necessary documentation from 3D models. - Collaborate with project stakeholders for accurate and timely project model delivery. - Maintain project documentation and track all changes effectively. - Deliver high-quality, accurate project deliverables within specified timelines. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technology and software updates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating 3D models using Revit software. - Strong knowledge of BIM concepts, practices, and software, including Revit and AutoCAD. - Mandatory ability to manage a team effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently with project stakeholders. - Good time management skills to meet project deadlines. - Eagerness to learn and keep abreast of the latest BIM technology and software updates.,
