Australian Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance tasks for Australian clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, BAS, GST, payroll, and tax returns in accordance with Australian standards.
• Work on

  Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks

  for day-to-day accounting and reporting.
• Perform reconciliations, month-end closing, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with Australian clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Provide support in audits, financial analysis, and advisory as required.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting regulations and firm policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  CA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CMA.

• Experience:

  2–8 years of relevant experience in Australian accounting.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks

  .
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling client queries independently.
