Job Summary

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Auditor (CA Inter) with 3–5 years of hands-on Internal Audit experience to independently handle internal audit assignments, ensure compliance, and support risk management and process improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements independently
• Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documents
• Evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and risk areas
• Prepare detailed audit reports, observations, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and internal policies
• Conduct follow-ups on audit findings and corrective actions
• Coordinate with department heads and management for audit discussions
• Support management in process improvement and control strengthening

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit & Accounting
• Good understanding of statutory compliance & internal controls
• Hands-on experience in audit documentation and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and audit working papers
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Inter completed (Both groups preferred)
• 3–5 years of Internal Audit experience
• Experience in handling audits independently
• Willing to work from office – Chennai
• Immediate or short notice preferred
