Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher

Experience: Articleship completed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a CA Fresher with completed Articleship to join our Internal Audit team. The candidate will support internal audit assignments, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments

Review financial statements, books of accounts, and supporting documents

Evaluate internal controls and identify process gaps

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and internal policies

Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports

Support risk assessment and control testing activities

Coordinate with internal teams for audit requirements and clarifications

Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, Accounting & Compliance

Good understanding of statutory & internal audit processes

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Good communication and documentation skills

Attention to detail and professional ethics
