Position: Audit Team Lead
Location: Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in auditing and compliance, including 1–2 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit teams in executing statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Plan, assign, and review audit work to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Analyze financial data, assess risk areas, and offer strategic recommendations
• Ensure adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)
• Develop and refine audit methodologies, checklists, and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to resolve audit-related matters
• Mentor junior auditors and support their professional development
• Stay current with changes in auditing standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified CA or CMA (India) or equivalent certification
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience, with 2+ years in a relevant role, and at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity
• Solid understanding of financial compliance, ITR filing, GST, TDS, and ROC processes
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, audit tools, and financial analysis software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
