About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit Manager who is CA Inter or CMA Inter qualified with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountants firm or Accounts department handing the below mentioned resposibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of audit processes, financial statement preparation, income tax return filing, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for clients across various sectors.
• Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Oversee and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities of clients.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Guide and support junior team members during audit and accounting assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
• Prepare audit reports, management letters, and documentation as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter / CMA Inter qualified (mandatory).
• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or Accounts department handing the above mentioned fields.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
