Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager located in Kolkata. The Audit Manager will lead and manage audit engagements, prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide in-depth financial and operational analysis. Responsibilities will also include guiding junior staff, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements to enhance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting
• In-depth expertise in conducting and managing Financial Audits
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying risks
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor junior team members
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CA or semi qualified CA
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
