Key Responsibilities Lead internal and statutory audits for manufacturing operations. Plan, execute, and review end-to-end audit assignments , including plant audits. Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, and other statutory requirements . Review financial statements , audit reports, and management responses. Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks . Conduct process audits covering inventory, costing, production, procurement, and fixed assets. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal teams, and plant finance . Identify control gaps and drive closure of audit observations . Support management with risk assessment and compliance advisory . Key Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant controls Hands-on experience in Big 4 audit environment Sound understanding of Ind AS, audit standards, and regulatory compliance Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred) Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
