Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager, based in Ballia. The Audit Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of financial audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, identifying risks, and evaluating internal controls. The role also involves proposing and implementing improvements to financial processes and reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Statements and a strong foundation in Finance and Accounting
• Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks and identify control weaknesses
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate audit findings effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
