Job Title: Audit Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company Name: Mkgn & Associates Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2years Salary: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 30,000 Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial records, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and preparing audit reports for management. Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal and external audits as per audit plan Verify accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance Prepare audit reports and discuss findings with the concerned department Assist in implementing process improvements to strengthen internal controls Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide necessary information during external audits Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to accounting and auditing Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / or similar qualification (preferred) 2 years of experience in audit or accounting Strong understanding of audit standards, accounting principles, and compliance regulations Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and reporting skills Benefits:Competitive salary package Learning & development opportunities Work with a skilled and supportive finance team shift time - 10am - 6pm week off - Sunday
