Job Title: CA Inter – Internal Audit Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a CA Inter-qualified Internal Audit Executive to conduct audits across all our factory locations. The role will be based in Kolkata and involves frequent travel to various units across India. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls, identifying operational inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of audit recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits at all factory locations as per audit schedule
• Review internal controls, operational processes, and compliance with SOPs
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in risk assessments and audit planning
• Prepare detailed audit reports and share findings with the management
• Coordinate with factory teams to ensure audit implementation
• Support statutory and external audit requirements as needed
• Travel to multiple locations across India regularly for on-site audits

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Inter (cleared both groups or at least Group 1)
• 2-4 years of experience in internal audit or article-ship in a manufacturing setup preferred
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Good understanding of factory operations is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
