Audit Executive

An automobile audit executive conducts internal and external audits to ensure financial, operational, and regulatory compliance within an automotive company. Responsibilities include auditing financial statements, assessing risk management, and conducting specific checks such as car delivery or workshop audits. Key duties involve reporting findings, recommending improvements, and maintaining audit records. Key responsibilities

• Financial and compliance audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Policy and procedure adherence: Verify that all operations, from the workshop to vehicle delivery, follow company policies and industry standards.
• Risk assessment: Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes to identify potential financial risks and areas for improvement.
• Operational audits: Perform specific audits, such as vehicle delivery checks, workshop process audits, and paper/document audits.
• Reporting and recommendations: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and providing actionable recommendations for improving processes and controls.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with various departments to gather information and implement audit recommendations.

Typical qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field is common. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
