HR Manager/Asst.Manager HR - Generalist / Corporate Profile.

* Strategic HR Management:
* Handle all HR activities and initiatives for the Company, aligning them with business objectives across the Sales Force, Factory, and Corporate teams.* Prepare and implement comprehensive company HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and effectively communicated to all employees.* Compliance & Governance:* Take care of all statutory compliance related to employees, including but not limited to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other relevant labor laws. Ensure timely submissions and adherence to all regulatory requirements.* Talent Acquisition:* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels and departments, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.* Employee Life Cycle Management:* Manage the complete employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.* Oversee appraisal and increment processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company performance objectives.* Training & Development:* Coordinate and facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career development. Identify training needs and work with department heads to implement relevant programs.* Employee Relations & Welfare:* Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, promoting employee engagement and welfare.* Manage full and final settlement processes for exiting employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
