ASST. PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager reporting to the Managing Director, your primary role is to enhance the market position and drive financial growth for the organization. You will be responsible for setting long-term strategic goals, establishing crucial customer relationships, identifying business prospects, negotiating deals, and staying abreast of current market trends. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, you are expected to hold a postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and advertising. You will need to build strong relationships with clients, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with expanding and retaining existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions. In this role, you may oversee a team responsible for business development activities. Your tasks will encompass new business development, client retention, business development planning, management, and research. Other required skills include networking, persuasion, public speaking, research, writing, sales planning, CRM proficiency, and Microsoft Office skills.
