Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asst. Manager - Litigation / Legal to join our team at Jubilant Foodworks Limited. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in litigation and legal matters, with a strong background in both areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal documents and regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and exposure to legal liability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Represent the company in negotiations and mediations as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of litigation and legal procedures, including contract law and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using legal software and technology, such as case management systems and document review tools.
