Job Description

1 Ensure Statutory Compliance in Sales Transactions: Verify that all sales activities comply with applicable statutory requirements including GST, BIS, and other regional regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory changes and ensure timely implementation. 2 DCR Documentation and Filing: Prepare and validate DCR details from vendors, Govt.
portals and forward to Channel for credits. Coordinate with concern internal and external agencies for timely fillings and reconciliation of sales data. 3 Invoice Validation and Format Control: Ensure that all invoices adhere to statutory formats and include necessary disclosures.
Audit invoice templates periodically to align with regulatory updates. 4 Maintain Compliance Records and Audit Trails: Organize and archive all statutory documents for internal and external audits.
Ensure traceability and retrieval of records for audit readiness. 5 Coordinate with Purchase, Legal and Finance Teams: Liaise with Legal for interpretation of compliance clauses in contracts.
Work with Finance to ensure tax implications are accurately captured in sales transactions. 6 Support Statutory Audits and Assessments for DCR Modules: Prepare documentation and respond to queries during internal, statutory, and DCR audits.
Coordinate with auditors and provide timely clarifications, wherever required. 7 Partner Onboarding Compliance (Solar Exclusive, System Integrators, DIP): Verify DCR, GST registration, PAN, and other statutory documents of channel partners and dealers.
Maintain a compliance checklist for onboarding. 8 Generate Compliance Reports and Dashboards: Create periodic reports on compliance status, pending filings, and audit observations.
Present insights to superior for decision-making. 9 Training and Awareness Programs: Conduct internal sessions for Sales teams on statutory compliance requirements w.
r. t. Solar. Share updates on regulatory changes and their implications. 10 ERP/CRM Compliance Workflow Management: Collaborate with IT to embed compliance checks into ERP/CRM systems.
Test and validate system updates related to statutory workflows. 11 Track Regulatory Changes and Interpret Impact: Monitor updates from DCR, MNRE and Ministry Portals, BIS, and other regulatory bodies.
Assess impact on current sales processes and recommend changes, wherever necessary.
