Key Deliverables:

•Review GFK & Internal Sales data to study and highlight the Business Opportunities & Risks at a STATE / CITY level and suggest Strategic Direction for Profitable Growth to each of the Regions

•Review GFK, Economic Indicators, Competition Benchmarking & Internal Sales data to study and highlight the Business Opportunities & Risks at a CATEGORY Level and suggest Strategic Direction to each Category towards gaining MS

•Collaborate effectively with Global Colleagues at Turkey & Germany and update line manager on the developments & periodic deliverables

•Proactively gather / collate the data points to deliver Impactful Slide Decks for periodic presentations

•Ability to influence stakeholders with POV

•Constantly Challenge Status-quo

•Effective Anchor (Program Manager / Project Leader) who aligns with the Management’s Agenda and drives cross functional teams towards a common Goal by scheduling periodic cross functional Team Meetings, sharing the progress update & timely arriving at the desired Goal (On any given Month / Quarterly basis there will be a minimum of three such Projects which needs to be driven in parallel to achieve Business / Strategic Objectives)

•Job Involves occasional Travel to different regions of India – Market Visits & Regional Team Connect basis need
