Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Sales, Application & Technical support Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager Role & Activities: Role & Activities: Generating Inquiry and converting them into an opportunity by using the SAP / Internal records. Follow up of Inquiry to get all application details, Site study and competition information, making presentation. Visiting the customers to understand all technical and application details, site details and dimentional layout feasibility Preparing proposals with appropriate terms & conditions & submit it to customers. Negotiations and order finalization, coordination with the Head Office with all order information necessary for the execution. Responsible for collection of payments from the customers. Coordinating the dispatch of machine, preliminary site study for the start-up & Coordinating with the team for Installations, first hand response for any service issues. Dealing with customer for Technical enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email Submitting the necessary weekly and monthly reports to Head office. Demonstration of machines and handling the samples. Marketing of AMC for the machine and achieving the targets. Participating in the exhibitions, Seminars. Key account Management in the specified Region Reviewing the past customers data, sales analysis, trends and provide intelligent report for future revenue generation Follow up through mail, call and meeting up to finalization of order. Maintaining customer relations to ensure long term growth in sales and retaining the customer satisfaction Coordinate installations with Head office and field maintenance, support, Overseas Installation/Service support Coordination and visit if required. Assist in developing new market and new applications. THIS POSITION INVOLVES EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING AS WELL AS ONLINE MEETINGS. Position Requirements Education: Engineering Graduate in electrical, mechanical, electronics, production or mechatronics engineering with an experience in Capital equipment sales. Working Experience: A minimum of 3-10 years relevant or similar organization and capital equipment sales field experience is absolutely required. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply as preference will be given to similar work experience in other capital equipment industries.
