Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Pharma Packaging, located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day packaging operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and managing a team of packaging staff. Responsibilities include monitoring packaging processes, maintaining quality control, coordinating with various departments, and implementing efficiency improvements. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing packaging schedules, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation.

• Experience in packaging operations and knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to monitor and ensure quality control
• Experience in planning and executing packaging schedules

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
