Asst Manager - Inprocess Quality

Role

To ensure compliance and Quality of the Product and Process are meeting to Customer standard at In-process and Final Inspection in shop floor

Responsibilities

Ensure Quality at Inprocess, Final Inspection

Verification & Monitoring of Inprocess records as per Control plan

Rejection and Rework monitoring and Control.

Initiate CAPA for Non-Confirmities occurred during in-Process

Establish and Monitor Calibration system.

Running part 4M, if any to be changed, PPAP preparation and submission to the customer.

Analysis of Quality Data and Initiate Continual Improvement / Kaizen activities

Analysis of Control Charts and Initiate improvement for Unstable and Non Capable process

Ensure working condition of all Poka-Yokes and other controls were in place

Preparation monthly MIS for Management review

To ensure sufficient manpower for process & Final inspection                                                                

Coordinate with Customer for Customer Complaints and Warranty.

Customer representative for the Issues related to Quality of Product & Process. Visit to Customer for Resolving Complaint

Corrective action submission to Customer.

CFT meeting arrangement coordination based on root cause and improvement action follow-ups.

Joint analysis with customer (or) In-process teams related to customer concerns.

Daily verification of Customer Portal Data for customer Quality Performance (Score card)              

Corrective action review and Verification of Effectiveness monitoring

Qualifications

BE with 8 Years Exp in Cold Forging shop, Machining, Fabrication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in SPC, PPAP, IATF16949, Quality Improvement, PokaYoke, Kaizen, Customer Complaint,
