Job Description

Job Title:

Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Industrial Engineering

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering activities across the plant.
Optimize manufacturing cycle times, resource planning, and process routings.
Execute productivity improvement projects including time & method studies (MOST), lean projects, and low-cost automation.
Drive kaizen, visual management, and waste elimination strategies.
Plan and improve plant layout, capacity utilization, and flow of material.
Monitor and report manufacturing KPIs and MIS on a regular basis.
Work with cross-functional teams for implementation of jigs, fixtures, and conveyor systems.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong understanding of time & method study, productivity improvement, and costing.
Expertise in lean tools, capacity planning, and process optimization.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP / SAP B1.
Hands-on experience in industrial/plant engineering within HVAC or similar industries.
Effective communicator and a collaborative team player.
