Job Description

  • Responsible for addressing customer concerns and addressing with corrective actions within the stipulated time frame to the Customer as per customer requirement.
  • Addressing Customer concerns with analysis report along with CFT (Cross-Functional Team).
  • Responsible for ensuring process for the quality Management system establishment, implementation & maintenance in plant.
  • Reporting to Head of Quality Assurance about the performance of Quality system & any need for improvements. Follow up for action initiation.
  • Carrying out internal quality audits and Corrective actions.
  • Execution, reporting, follow up & corrective action of customer audit.
  • Ensuring the promotion & awareness of customer requirements throughout the plant.
  • Awareness for IATF, EMS (Environmental Management System), OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) & EnMS (Energy Management System).
  • Responsible for Plant IATF, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS audit and closing of the same.
