As an Assistant Manager at ODeX India Solutions Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in expanding the clientele and driving sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver product knowledge and benefits to stakeholders to promote continuous product usage and accelerate sales volume. - Build and maintain business relationships with every client. - Generate new product ideas and enhancements, as well as develop professional relationships with top and middle management of trade and business associations. - Involve in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle by gathering and prioritizing product and stakeholders requirements. - Follow analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports. - Present business and technical issues clearly in verbal, written, and presentation formats with a keen eye for detail. - Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. - Utilize qualitative information to enhance products and customer service, and be passionate about adding value to user experience. - Define and iterate the product, solve problems, and closely manage scope to enhance product value. - Experience in the logistics workforce management field would be advantageous. - Maintain project/implementation plans from start to end, give demonstrations and presentations of new modules, and initiate new modules while expanding existing ones. With a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Graduate/MBA education, you should possess functional competencies such as problem-solving, planning, adaptability, upselling, sales prediction, and analytical skills. Additionally, behavioral competencies including emotional intelligence, negotiation, communication, and sales techniques are essential for success in this role.
