The ideal candidate will possess a range of functional and technical competencies including problem-solving, planning, adaptability, upselling, sales prediction, and analytical skills. In addition, essential behavioral competencies such as emotional intelligence, negotiation, communication, and sales techniques are also required. Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include delivering product knowledge to stakeholders, building and maintaining business relationships, generating new product ideas, and developing relationships with trade and business associations. The role also involves product planning and execution, data management, revenue generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with the ability to present business and technical issues clearly in various formats. Experience in logistics workforce management is a plus. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining project/implementation plans, giving demonstrations and presentations, and initiating new modules while expanding existing ones.
