Asst. Branch Manager

We are looking for a proactive and leadership-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, manage the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales/operations, and the ability to achieve branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and overall branch management
• Supervise and guide the counseling, sales, and front-office teams
• Monitor daily walk-ins, lead flow, and follow-up activities
• Achieve monthly enrollment & revenue targets of the branch
• Handle escalations, student concerns, and service-related issues
• Track team performance and ensure timely reporting
• Maintain branch discipline, workflow, and documentation
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and management for branch requirements
• Assist with planning and executing promotions, events, and outreach activities
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or team handling
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage a team and drive them towards targets
• Good understanding of counseling/sales processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education, training, or EdTech industry
• Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environments
• Excellent people-management and motivational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
