Operational Support: Assisting with day-to-day operations: Supporting the Hub Manager in the smooth functioning of the hub, including overseeing staff, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient processes.  Inventory management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for operations, and minimizing waste or shortages.  Quality control: Maintaining quality standards for products or services handled within the hub, ensuring they meet established criteria.  Operational reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports on hub performance, including key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and highlighting potential issues.  Safety and compliance: Ensuring the hub operates in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.  Equipment maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of hub equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and safe for use.  2. Team Management & Development: Supervising staff: Providing guidance and direction to hub staff, including warehouse workers, drivers, and administrative personnel.  Training and development: Assisting in the training and development of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.  Performance management: Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.  Promoting a positive work environment: Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating employees, and encouraging teamwork.  3. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service: Working with the team to provide exceptional service to customers or clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
