Associate/Sr Associate - Portfolio Management

Portfolio Management team,

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding the client’s investment portfolio on Oxane’s proprietary platform with the help of IT team
• Work closely with the clients in supporting them in monitoring the performance of investment transactions across various asset classes.
• Review and extract relevant data from credit/loan agreements, amendment documents, and other reports as required by clients or for analyzing the credit
• Review processed Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Prepayments and Cash/Invoice Reconciliation.
• Take ownership of portfolio monitoring and perform monthly/weekly reconciliation.
• Assisting the team in monitoring a portfolio of existing Funds Finance transactions.
• Supporting ongoing portfolio lifecycle management activities across structured finance transactions
• Include collecting relevant information as required and assisting with monitoring deal and client performance against specified triggers.
• Assist in the preparation of ongoing reporting as required by the client
• Initiating and driving transformation/efficiency/process improvement projects, including those with broader impact.
• Contributing to talent acquisition and assisting managers in building the career path for the junior team members.
• Presenting the analytics to clients to match their expectations

Required Experience/ Skill Set

• Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal,and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressureto meet strictand aggressive deadlines
• Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanceddegree in finance
• Knowledge of Funds Finance (subscription line and/or NAV facilities) in a portfolio management or front office role, and some familiarity with the transaction documentation
