About the Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated Associate Web Developers to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from Kerala who are eager to grow their skills in MERN Stack development and work on dynamic, scalable web applications in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation and API integration.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and modern development standards.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Basic understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git/version control, and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Candidates based in Kerala are preferred.
