Job Description

Reporting to the Head - Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is to support the various businesses in the network to achieve the finalized growth path through effective budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities.

Education:

Postgraduation in Management/ CA

Experience:

10-12 years of relevant experience

Reporting Relationship:

Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Business/Channel/Function:

Finance & Accounts

Financial planning and MRP

Work closely with all business/ functional heads to understand and analyze the key factors that can impact the business and profitability for the year
Support and/or lead the annual exercise for preparation of Mid-range plan by liaising with all stakeholders
Track operational spends/ budgets frequently and help in identifying issues that can hinder achievement of desired profitability levels for the organization.
Provide recommendation and institute tools/ methods to monitor the progress on strategic goals
Lead the team s efforts in preparation of the monthly/ quarterly management reports/ MIS and ensure delivery of high quality financial and analysis data for review of the department head and senior leadership

Forecasting and Budgeting

Liaise with business heads/ functional head and support in finalization of channel / function wise budget
Review all budgeting templates and reports and provide guidance to the team to enhance its effectiveness
Support the Department head in completion of the annual budgeting exercise for the network by liaising with all business/ functional heads and contribute in designing of the appropriate budget forecast for each channel/ function by using robust forecasting models and assumptions.
