Associate Vice President Credit | Two Wheeler Loan

The role is responsible for creating, reviewing, and implementing credit policy for the Two Wheeler business in line with business requirements. Additionally, the role involves conceptualizing and launching credit policy for the same. Key responsibilities include conducting periodical review meetings with the business head to align credit policy with business needs, reporting credit deviations, portfolio reviews focusing on delinquency reports and Early Warning System (EWS) reports, and collaborating with the business unit to improve asset quality continuously. The role also involves capturing key data elements, analyzing cross-period movements, ensuring compliance with procedures for loan processing, sanctioning, documentation, and disbursement, identifying system and process improvements for accurate data analysis, monitoring portfolio, trigger reviews, and delinquency control, introducing projects for process improvement and risk reduction, defining processes and procedures in the credit function, managing the Rule engine for credit decisioning, studying competition and market trends, planning and executing risk assessment processes, and ensuring credit deviations are within control. Job requirements include a Post Graduate/MBA degree, 15+ years of experience in Two Wheeler financing credit underwriting & policy, ability to derive industry insights, analyze best practices, understanding of the Two Wheeler industry and product knowledge, exposure to retail finance lending, ability to analyze portfolio risk and deal with customers, strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
