Role Overview: The Chief Administrative Office of the Corporate Centers in India comprises of various central administrative functions such as Global Real Estate, Global Security, Global Amenity Services, Business Document Services, Transport, Travel, Business Resiliency, and Global Supplier Services. This team provides day nodal services and night cab services to employees for commuting between office and home. The CAO team values innovation and seeks individuals who can think creatively and excel in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the City lead in developing and implementing the overall transport strategy aligned with company goals and objectives - Lead and manage the Bangalore transport operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Oversee day-to-day transport operations, including fleet management, route optimization, logistics planning, and compliance with regulations and safety standards - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the transport industry to drive innovation and integration - Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools for decision-making and operational efficiency - Assist in developing and managing the transport budget, identifying cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and safety - Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership - Establish strong relationships with transport service providers, suppliers, and stakeholders, monitor vendor performance, and address issues - Participate in contract negotiations and agreements to ensure favorable terms and reliable service delivery - Recruit, train, and mentor transport operations staff to promote professional growth and create a positive work environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree - Minimum 8 years of experience in transport operations or a related industry - Proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics tools - Strong understanding of transport logistics, fleet management, route optimization, and regulatory compliance - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
