Role Overview: The Chief Administrative Office of the Corporate Centers in India oversees various central administrative functions including Global Real Estate, Global Security, Global Amenity Services, Business Document Services, Transport, Travel, Business Resiliency, and Global Supplier Services. The Employee Transportation function falls under the Chief Administrative Office of India Corporate Center, providing both day and night cab services for employees commuting from office to home and vice versa. The team prides itself on its innovative culture and is seeking individuals who can think creatively and work in a high-precision environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the City lead in developing and implementing the overall transport strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. - Lead and manage the Mumbai transport operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Oversee day-to-day transport operations, including fleet management, route optimization, logistics planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the transport industry to maintain a competitive edge and drive adoption and integration. - Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. - Assist in developing and managing the transport budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. - Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership. - Build and maintain strong relationships with transport service providers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues. - Participate in contract negotiations and agreements to secure favorable terms and reliable service delivery. - Recruit, train, and mentor transport operations staff, promoting professional growth, development, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree, Master's degree - 8+ years of experience in transport operations or a related industry - Proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics tools - Strong understanding of transport logistics, fleet management, route optimization, and regulatory compliance - Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,
