Associate - Trainer & Mentor - Experiential education

Hybrid: 2 days in office - Nariman Point

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred - Engineering, Liberal arts, Climate, Public, Policy, Finance & Social Enterprise)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (including internships, teaching assistantships, or part-time teaching roles)
• Prior teaching experience is mandatory

The Role and core responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging sessions online on

  technology, climate action, and financial literacy

  .
• Mentor students as they design and implement

  social entrepreneurship projects

  in these domains.
• Create and adapt curriculum content that blends

  theory with hands-on application

  (e.g., renewable energy projects, digital skills, personal finance basics).
• Guide students in exploring how global challenges intersect with

  tech, environment, and economics

  .



Knowledge & Interest

• Strong interest or prior exposure to

  STEM, sustainability, or finance

  .
• Comfortable breaking down complex ideas into

  teen-friendly concepts

  .
• Enjoys staying updated on

  emerging technologies, climate issues, and financial trends

  .
• Passionate about helping young people connect classroom learning with

  real-world relevance

  .

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and relationship management.
