Collaborate with students in acquiring a sense of agency over pressing societal issues, enabling ‘Tribes’ of young individuals across the country who are passionate about change.Whether you're a seasoned professional on a sabbatical, a parent seeking a fresh start, a recent graduate navigating career paths, or a relentless learner hungry for growth, this fellowship offers a transformative journey tailored to your aspirations.The opportunity will help you build your facilitation skills, content creation skills, and curriculum design. TFG fellows have taken full-time roles as educators, and some are pursuing their master's.Timeline: 1st Oct - 31st Dec, 2025/ 1st Nov -31st Jan 2026
Educational Criteria
- Have finished their Bachelor’s degree
- Applicants need to be 23 years+
- Work Experience: Applicants need to have a minimum work experience of 0-1 years, which can include internships, teaching assistant roles, and part-time roles.

What does the Fellowship entail?
- Duration: 3 months
- Commitment: Full-time/ Hybrid -Weekly travel for offline classes
- Opportunity: Paid (Stipend of 17,500 per month)
- Placement: Fellows will be placed in TFG online classrooms to manage a group of 20 students.
- No of fellows: 5 per cohort
