Sutherland is hiring for its IAG Cargo Logistics process! This is a blended customer support role (70% voice and 30% non-voice) offering excellent growth opportunities in the logistics domain. We're looking for dynamic and communicative individuals ready to build a career in international BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for cargo and logistics-related queries.
  
• Update shipment details and resolve customer issues via email/chat.
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  
• Follow standard procedures and protocols.
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (in any stream)

• Experience:

  Fresher or candidates with BPO/Non-BPO experience

• Communication:

  Excellent English speaking and comprehension skills

• Age:

  Up to 48 years

• Profile Stability:

  Only stable work histories will be considered

Salary & Benefits:

• Fresher:

  18,000 Net per month

• Experienced:

  21,000 Net per month

• Incentives:

  Up to 2,750/month

• Travel Allowance:

  1,750 (Each Way Total 3,500)
