Associate - Supply Partnerships

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wedding vendors such as venues, decorators, and photographers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers in line with the company's service standards and brand values. - Negotiating commercial terms and establishing mutually beneficial agreements with partners. - Maintaining an updated database of supplier contracts, contacts, and deliverables. - Coordinating with internal teams (sales, planning, operations) to ensure vendor readiness for events. - Evaluating vendor performance based on client feedback and internal quality checks. - Monitoring market trends to identify new vendor categories and partnership opportunities. - Supporting the implementation of vendor-related tech platforms or CRM tools. - Resolving vendor-related issues and disputes promptly and professionally. - Assisting in developing SOPs and policies for vendor onboarding and engagement. - Working on enhancing cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality. - Helping organize vendor meets, workshops, or networking events. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or partnerships (experience in the wedding/events industry is preferred). - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and vendor CRM tools. - Passion for the wedding or events industry. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.,
