Job Description

As an Associate Structural Engineer at Reci Engineering Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for providing structural engineering services to the built environment with a focus on design excellence and technical solutions that meet international standards. Your role will involve working on a variety of construction projects in India and the Middle East, collaborating with a technical team to deliver innovative solutions to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a large team within the office, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. - Prepare Concept and Preliminary designs and technical specifications. - Conduct arithmetical checks and independent design reviews. - Ensure correctness and accuracy of work and adherence to project timelines. - Provide on-site technical support as needed. - Stay updated on recent developments in structural engineering. - Assist the Director with resource allocation, recruitment, and other delegated duties. - Develop client relationships and secure repeat business. - Liaise with local authorities and clients. - Mentor and support the technical development of the team. - Commit to continuous professional development and self-learning. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Structural Engineering (BE Civil, ME Civil, BSc, or MSc). - Preferably Chartered Structural or Civil Engineer. - Minimum 12 years post-degree experience in high-rise structures. - Proficiency in high-rise and medium-rise structural design. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with design packages such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Prokon. - Knowledge of Indian, British, and American Codes of Practice. - Associate member of the Institution of Engineers (India) or Graduate member of the Institute of Structural Engineers (IStructE) preferred.,
