Job Description

As an Associate Structural Engineer at Buro Happold, you will be an integral part of our team in Pune, bringing your expertise and experience to work on exciting and innovative projects in India and beyond. With 10-15 years of experience in building structures design, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact. In this role, you will be responsible for working both independently and collaboratively, offering creative solutions and producing high-quality calculations, models, reports, and presentations within deadlines and budget constraints. You will have the chance to share your work with senior colleagues for feedback, present your designs at internal workshops, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. Your role will also involve collaborating with external clients, participating in meetings, preparing fee proposals, and mentoring less experienced Engineers while contributing to your own professional development. Your extensive experience in residential and commercial projects, along with your proficiency in using analysis software and knowledge of industry codes, will be valuable assets in this position.
