About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate – Operations (New Ventures) to work directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives across new business models, pilot execution, and platform building. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to think, act, and deliver like a builder — turning ideas into operational businesses with clarity, ownership, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Builder-Led Strategy & Execution: Run experiments and pilots with contractors, consultants, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Translate the founder’s vision into actionable steps and outcomes.
• Business Research & Insights: Conduct focused market research, competitor benchmarking, and gather user feedback to refine product direction and drive continuous improvement in business models and strategies.
• Execution & Cross-Functional Operations: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of pilots and experiments. Oversee operational setup for new initiatives and work closely with tech teams to iterate on product features.
• Partnerships & Fundraising: Establish strategic partnerships across industries, support fundraising efforts, and contribute to internal training and development programs.

• Have 3–6 years of experience, emotional maturity, and a strong sense of ownership. You take pride in your work, hold yourself to high standards, and execute relentlessly. No need for a Tier-1 MBA—just hunger, humility, and a willingness to fight for success
• Preferably have a background in the construction industry—whether through qualifications or work experience—and are genuinely passionate about the sector. Civil Engineers and Architects (Bachelor's or Master's level) with startup or entrepreneurial experience are encouraged to apply.
• Are eager to build and learn directly from a founder, taking on hands-on challenges.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving practical, real-world problems.
• Are a great listener and implementer—coaching matters to you, and you're eager to grow through it.
• Are curious about India's construction-tech revolution and want to be part of driving change.
• Have a good understanding of AI tools and concepts, and are keen to apply them in workflows, research, or product development.
