Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Facilitate smooth execution of employee confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems accurately.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure timely processing of HR letters, employee documentation, and contracts.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate employee data.
Performance & Development Support
• Assist in performance appraisal process, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate training nominations, attendance, and feedback collection.
• Support career development initiatives and employee retention programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements in employee services processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
