Key Responsibilities:Issue Resolution & Case Management

Handle inquiries from employees, external customers, and suppliers via email, phone, and chat.
Resolve issues at first contact using internal knowledge bases and policy understanding.
Document and track cases using the case management system.
Escalate complex issues with complete documentation when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and as per the business standards.
Support audit compliance and transaction processing.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Promote self-service tools to reduce future inquiries.

Clear and professional interaction across channels.
Data Analysis
Ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
Multi-tasking
Handle multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle 10 to 15 client calls daily, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Call support (200 per month)
Provide support via calls and emails for global clients across Australia, Europe, UK, and US.
Conduct research on client requirements and prepare accurate data and reports.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for business reviews.
