Associate Software Engineer (React Native)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences
• Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
• Proactively enhance cross-platform development capabilities by learning and adapting to additional technologies as needed by the team or project requirements.
  

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in React Native development
• Good understanding of JavaScript, OOP concepts, and React fundamentals (hooks, components, props, state, lifecycle).
• Basic experience with debugging tools like Flipper, Reactotron, or Chrome DevTools.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
• Familiarity with native module integration and bridging (Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store
• Exposure to AI integrations and AI development tools.
• Awareness of architectural patterns like MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
• A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond React Native.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Any relevant certifications or personal mobile app projects are a plus
