Associate Software Engineer (React Native)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic React Native Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences. Additionally, your role will involve debugging and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code will be crucial, along with staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile development. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of JavaScript, OOP concepts, and React fundamentals such as hooks, components, props, state, and lifecycle. Basic experience with debugging tools like Flipper, Reactotron, or Chrome DevTools is required, along with familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards. Previous exposure to RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control systems like Git will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are essential for this position. Nice to have skills include experience with Redux or other state management libraries, familiarity with native module integration and bridging (Android/iOS), knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store, exposure to AI integrations and development tools, and an awareness of architectural patterns like MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture. A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond React Native is highly valued. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Any relevant certifications or personal mobile app projects would be considered a plus in this role.,
