Job Title : Senior Front-end Developer Lone Worker Alert Device Products (7 to 15 Years) Location : Chennai, India Team : Work closely with the R&D, based in France Key Responsibilities : As a senior front-end developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions following industry standards and best practices. Support the entire project lifecycle, from development to deployment. Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance on developed applications. Proficient in building robust, scalable and maintainable web applications in ReactJS. Conduct maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions. Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage automated deployments and streamline CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications and Skills : Educational Background : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to front-end technologies. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in ReactJS : 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using ReactJS ,. The candidate should have a deep understanding of React fundamentals, hooks, context API and component life-cycle methods State management : Experience with Redux, Zustand or React Query for managing state effectively Proficiency in Javascript(ES6+) and Typescript API Integration : Familiarity in working with RESTful APIs and Websockets CSS and Styling frameworks : Proficiency in CSS, SCSS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS or Material UI Build tools and bundlers : Familiarity with Webpack, Babel or Vite Version Control : Proficient with Git for source code management. DevOps & Deployment : Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment tools, and collaboration with DevOps teams for streamlined delivery. Additional Requirements : Agile Methodologies : Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to iterate and improve the product effectively. Communication Skills : Good English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with our international teams in France. Soft Skills : Strong prioritization skills, teamwork orientation, attention to detail, and an organized work style.
