Role Description This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Rupnagar. The Associate will be responsible for researching legal issues, preparing and drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and assisting in case preparation. Day-to-day tasks include attending client meetings, conducting thorough legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, and ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards. Qualifications Research and Analysis skills for understanding and interpreting legal issues Drafting and Document Preparation skills for creating legal documents and reports Litigation skills including courtroom representation for both civil and criminal cases Client Management and Communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and providing clear legal advice Knowledge of corporate law, family law, and cybersecurity advisory Effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently LL.B. or equivalent degree, and valid license to practice law in India Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus Show more Show less
