Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate business processes. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs and requirements. Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members. Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and ServiceNow trends, technologies, and best practices. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including workflows, scripting, and integrations. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar. Experience with RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Specific Skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
